These terms cover your use of this website and the estimates we provide through it. They do not replace the repair authorisation you sign at the shop, which governs the actual work on your vehicle.

Estimates

Estimates are free and carry no obligation. An estimate is our good-faith assessment of the visible damage at the time it was written. Collision damage frequently hides behind panels, so the final invoice can differ once the vehicle is disassembled. When that happens we document the additional damage, submit a supplement to your insurer where applicable, and get your approval before continuing.

Estimates based on photographs alone are preliminary. We cannot confirm structural damage, sensor calibration needs, or paint blending requirements without seeing the vehicle.

Scheduling and vehicle storage

Repair timelines depend on parts availability, insurer approvals, and the extent of damage. We give you a realistic completion date at drop-off and contact you if it changes. Vehicles left after completion may be subject to storage charges; we will always warn you before any such charge starts.

Payment

Deductibles and any amounts not covered by your insurer are due on pickup. We bill insurers directly where the carrier permits it. We do not waive, absorb, or rebate deductibles — doing so is insurance fraud, and any shop that offers to is not one you should trust with your vehicle.

Warranty

We warrant our workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle, and our refinish work against defects in materials and application for the same period. The warranty does not cover normal wear, damage from a later collision, rust originating outside the repair area, neglect, or work performed by another shop.

Parts carry whatever warranty their manufacturer provides. Where your insurer specifies aftermarket or recycled parts, that choice and its warranty are between you and your carrier.
