Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use this site and our shop, regardless of ability or the technology they browse with. This site targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

What we have built in

• Every interactive control is reachable and operable by keyboard alone, with a clearly visible focus indicator.
• A skip link jumps straight to the main content on every page.
• Semantic landmarks, headings in order, and descriptive link text throughout.
• The before/after comparison sliders are real range inputs, so they work with arrow keys and are announced correctly by screen readers.
• Text and interface colours meet AA contrast in both the light and dark themes.
• All animation is disabled automatically when your system requests reduced motion.
• Text reflows without horizontal scrolling down to 320 pixels wide and remains readable when zoomed to 200%.
• The site is fully usable with JavaScript unavailable, including the estimate form.

Known limitations

Our contact and gallery pages embed a Google Map. That map is a third-party component and we cannot control its accessibility. Every piece of information it conveys — our full address, phone number and opening hours — is also available as plain text next to it, and a direct directions link is provided.

At the shop

Our customer entrance and waiting area are on ground level with accessible parking directly outside. If you need us to come out to your vehicle, meet you at the door, or handle anything differently, call ahead and we will make it work.
