Loretto Auto Body respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It is written in plain English on purpose.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us. When you submit the estimate form, that is your name, phone number, email address, preferred contact method, whatever vehicle details you fill in, your description of the damage, and any photos you attach.

This website does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or third-party behavioural profiling. The only cookie-like storage we use is a single browser preference that remembers whether you chose the light or dark theme. It never leaves your device.

How we use it

• To prepare and send you a repair estimate.
• To contact you about that estimate and any follow-up questions.
• To open or support an insurance claim, if you ask us to.
• To keep a record of work performed on your vehicle.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with marketers. We share it with your insurance carrier only when doing so is part of the service you asked for, and with parts suppliers only to the extent needed to order the correct components for your vehicle.

Embedded map

Our contact and gallery pages embed a Google Map so you can find the shop. When that map loads, Google may receive your IP address and set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy. We have no control over and no access to that data.

How long we keep it

Estimate requests that do not turn into work are deleted once they are no longer useful, typically within twelve months. Records connected to work we actually performed are kept for as long as we are required to for warranty and accounting purposes.

Your choices
